QUANTITY SURVEYING

We specialize in quantity surveying thought whole investment process.

At the design stage:
preparation of the investment budget and its update,
determination of the financial risk of investment,
opinions on the cost-relating design solutions,
propose alternative solutions in order to optimize the investments cost (value engineering)

Pre contract:
tenders pre-qualification
preparation of tender documents and organising the tender for building contractors,
negotiations with the bidders,
preparing the contract to be signed by the investor and the contractor for signature

Post contract:
circulation of financial documentation of the contract,
monthly payments certification,
claims verification,
providing the final settlement of investment,
checking subcontractors payments,
issuing payments certificates for releasing retention money

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
